Team Setup: New team embedded within existing Benelux Go-To-Market organisation
🧠Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle for a working capital product in the Benelux region
Engage existing customers and introduce them to financing options
Identify growth opportunities and consult on tailored solutions
Build trust and long-term customer relationships
Meet and exceed monthly targets on volume and conversion rates
Collaborate closely with onboarding, support, and sales teams
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
1+ years in sales or account management
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong interest in finance (personal or professional)
Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails)
💡 Nice-to-Have Experience
Background in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce
Exposure to merchant financing or payment tools
Understanding of the retail/hospitality market in Belgium or the Netherlands
Salary range & secondary benefits:
AE €35.1K base (41k including holiday/13th month) + €23.4K OTE + Car
