Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $100k-$120k base - $180k OTE

Role Description
This role is responsible for growing and managing the IT Partner Program, enabling Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to offer enhanced value by integrating managed print solutions into their service offerings. The Partner Account Manager will drive indirect revenue growth through referral partnerships and co-selling strategies.

Key Collaboration: Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Partner Enablement teams
Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and onboard aligned MSPs and IT partners
Enable new partners through structured onboarding and performance plans
Grow referral-based revenue streams by co-developing go-to-market strategies
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified, partner-originated opportunities
Serve as a strategic account manager to key partners, ensuring ongoing value delivery
Evolve the IT Partner Program with new tools, metrics, and processes
Cultivate a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives scalable referral outcomes
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3–5+ years of experience in IT channel sales, partner management, or MSP engagement
Deep understanding of the MSP/IT partner ecosystem
Proven success in driving revenue through partnerships and referral channels
Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability to execute within fast-paced and evolving environments
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in managed print, IT hardware, financing, or broader IT services
Familiarity with partner enablement tools, CRMs, and referral tracking systems
