Buyer Persona: Senior decision-makers in large enterprises.
Deal Sizes: €30K to €200K ARR.
Deal Cycles: 6-15 months, multi-stakeholder processes, often involving RFPs.
Sales Approach: Challenger Sale methodology.
Goals: Scale from current €1M ARR by deepening enterprise penetration.
Unique Selling Points:
SaaS product focusing on soft skills, distinct from hard-skills competitors in the HR Tech space.
Strong collaborative culture with a winning mindset.
Growth Opportunities:
Path to Sales Director after proving success within 12-18 months.

Must-Haves:
2/3+ years of upper midmarket/enterprise sales experience in a high-growth start-up.
Hands-on experience in self-generating leads or SDR experience.
Start-up experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience within HR Tech.
Leadership experience in scaling ARR from €1M+ in organisations with fewer than 10 sales reps.
Familiarity with RFP processes and account-based marketing tools.
