Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to €72,000 (flexibility for strong candidates)

Role Description
As a Content & Community Lead, you will play a key role in expanding brand presence, creating high-quality content for HR professionals, and driving community engagement. You will manage events, partnerships, and external agencies while optimizing marketing campaigns and customer case studies.

Responsibilities
Create and execute high-quality content tailored for the HR audience
Strengthen brand awareness and engagement within the target market
Organize customer, community, and partner events
Develop and maintain partnerships with HR professionals and organizations
Manage external agencies and freelancers for content and marketing execution
Optimize marketing campaigns and develop customer case studies
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (content, brand, events)
Experience in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up environment
Strong project management skills, particularly in events and partner management
Creative, proactive, and hands-on approach
Native Dutch, professional-level English
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in HR-Tech
Knowledge of graphic design and editing tools
