Role description:
End-to-end responsible for all content marketing, strategy & creation
Mix of storytelling and project management (Founders as SME's)
Goal is to get to a place where they put out great content weekly
Mix of the website, blog, email, social, case study, whitepaper etc.
Freedom to work with agency or freelancer for visuals or videos
Reporting directly into Founders, with growth lead, 1 big team

Scaled $0 to $1mio ARR in 2024, $3,5mio Seed, Series A next year
100+ customers incl. Jiminny, Storyblok, Spendbase, Quickbase

Already getting a ton of inbound leads, with little/no marketing
Deals are $20k ARR, have gone 3-4X over the course of '24
Must haves:
3-5 years content marketing experience
Someone who loves to write and create
B2B SaaS experience, ideally start/scale-up
Someone eager, willing to learn, autonomous
Nice to haves;
Experience with DevTools
Salary range & secondary benefits: up to €100k
