Role description:
Full ownership of setting up operations, building systems, and executing GTM strategy
Direct sales to private hospitals and GP practices in Germany
Initial deal sizes: ~€100/month per GP; larger enterprise deals possible with hospitals
Predominantly inbound leads (in Norway), supplemented by networking and outbound sales
No sales quota currently set; expected to develop over time
Leverage VC network in healthcare for introductions and expansion
Expected to build and scale a local team

Must haves:
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a commercial role
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in setting up operations

Background in healthcare (highly preferred)
Experience working in startups or scaling companies
Medical student background
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€150K OTE (base/commission split open for negotiation)
