Role Description
Title: Customer Success Representative
Portfolio Management: Oversee 200-250 accounts, with larger accounts retained by AEs
Renewals: Primary responsibility for renewal processes
Expansion: Not a core focus but may flag opportunities to AEs
Onboarding & Adoption: Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions
Customer Success KPIs: Measured primarily on NDR (Net Dollar Retention)
Customer Engagement: Balance high-touch for large accounts and low-touch for smaller ones
Process Building: Assist in establishing and optimizing CS workflows

Salary & Benefits:
Base: £50K-£70K + OTE
Contract: Contractor roles; EOR options available at a lower salary
