Size and functions of local team: 4x AE's (NL and International), external marketing and SDR support, 5 CSM's.
Role description:
Selling to any tender heavy industry. Have sold to all the big names in construction also selling to Infrastructure, Energy, Public Transport
Land (pilot) and expand motion.
On track for 2M ARR this year. Almost 100 customers and already one customer over 100k ARR
mid-market has been 70-85k ARR has been land and expand.
12.5k ARR to some SME orgs
Unique about the company: Recent funding round from Shoe Investments
Growth perspective: Greenfield market, just a few competitors but the market is gaining traction fast.
You will get a lot of 1:1 time with CEO, strong leader, sales person and coach. They are ramping up marketing efforts and getting a ton of inbound
Must haves:
2-4 years B2B SaaS sales experience (could be 2 years BDR + 1 AE if top rated)
Intelligence (how inquisitive are they) and work ethic
strong executive presence
Nice to haves:
Enterprise experience
Industry experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: upto 150k 50/50
