A fast-growing SaaS scale-up in the accounting practice management space is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead a newly created squad focused on Integrations & APIs.As the business scales globally, the complexity and volume of third-party integrations has grown significantly. This role has been created to bring stronger ownership, predictability, and delivery quality to a critical area of the product.

🎯 What you’ll own
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of API and integration initiatives, ensuring:
Predictable, high-quality releases aligned to a fast sprint cadence
Strong ownership of delivery outcomes
Integrations that are tested, reliable, and production-ready
High delivery standards in line with a structured SDLC
Early risk identification and proactive intervention
This is a key role in ensuring the partner ecosystem can scale without compromising quality or velocity.
🧩 Where the role sits
Part of the Engineering function
Leadership responsibility amongst BA, QA and Devs (onshore + offshore)
The business operates across multiple agile squads and other delivery managers
You’ll lead the newly created Integrations & APIs squad
Reporting directly into the CTO
Partnering closely with: Third-party integration partners

🔥 What you’ll be delivering
This role covers a broad delivery scope including:
Enhancements and feature delivery
Bug fixes and reliability improvements
Medium-to-long running initiatives (some up to 6 months)
Strategic work, including AI-driven product features
Projects range from small incremental improvements through to complex roadmap initiatives.
You’ll act as the connector between product vision and engineering execution — while being the quality gatekeeper and escalation owner.

Delivery management experience in high-velocity SaaS environments
Strong leadership, accountability, and ownership
Technical credibility / delivery depth
Ability to operate at speed with limited hierarchy
Strong critical thinking and decision-making
Experience delivering APIs / integrations
Exposure to accounting, compliance-heavy, or regulated software environments
Familiarity with compliance-driven product delivery

Is too removed from day-to-day engineering execution
