Product: Connectivity infrastructure between customer ERP systems and banks
Size and functions of local team: 30 people total; cross-functional collaboration with Delivery, Connectivity, Engineering, Sales, and Product (5–6 team members involved)
Role description:
Project-based customer implementation
Leads 2–3 month delivery projects before handoff to CSM
Manages 10 simultaneous customer integrations
Weekly meetings with customers and banks; chase credentials, resolve access
Ensures full technical integration (APIs, host-to-host setups)
KPI: Time-to-value
Hands-on, customer-facing and technical – suited for those who enjoy operational details and complex file/banking systems
Projects require close interaction with Engineering, Product, and external banks

Must haves:
2+ years in customer success, management consulting, project management, or product ops
Proven project delivery record - preferably from CRM, ERP, banking, or FinTech
Bachelor’s degree
Great English

Enjoys technical contexts: APIs, file transfers, secure credential handling
Nice to haves:
Background in financial services or bank integrations
