Size and functions of the local team: 4 AE's, 6 BDRs, 2 AMs + Head of AM + sales consultants
Role description:
Measured on team target in ARR,
Responsible for hands-on sales coaching, hiring, onboarding, training, and managing.
Growing team from 5 FTE AE's
Reporting to the VP Sales
ACV: 30-100K ARR POCs with 300-1M ARR upsells
Cycles take 6 months for POC, up to 12 for upsell

Must haves:
5+ years of SaaS closing experience in large enterprise sales
2+ years of leadership experience (managing AE's on 1M quota individually)
Excellent understanding/experience in sales rigor, complex deal closing
MEDDICC or SPIN trained
Hungry, intelligent, and sharp person
Nice to haves:
Technical affinity/background (engineering/sales engineer)
Automotive background
Salary range & secondary benefits: 200-220K OTE (60/40 split) + company car (no shares)
