Size and Functions of Local Team:
5 AEs in the Netherlands, 5 AEs in Belgium, plus renewal, presales, and marketing (25 FTE in Benelux).
85% of the team achieved president’s club last year, with 0 turnover in the past 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on hunting: 80% prospecting, 20% leads from marketing + SDR.
"Land and expand" approach, including a renewal target (20% of variable).
Manage and grow the accounts you close.
Achieve a target of €600K ACV per year, with an average deal size of €150K (€60K initial).
Follow MEDDPIC methodology with extensive sales enablement and a comprehensive 2-week onboarding program.
Open territory with no verticalisation.
Must-Haves:
Strong personality and entrepreneurial spirit.
Minimum HBO-level education.
7+ years of B2B sales experience in tech (SaaS, consulting, or licenses).
Knowledge or experience in Process Mining or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Ability to engage with C-level executives and hold technical discussions.
Nice-to-Haves:
10–15 years of total experience.
Experience selling to manufacturing, logistics, or retail companies.
Based in the Randstad region.
Proven longevity in roles (no job-hopping).
