Role Description:
Vertical: Primarily large enterprises (Global 2000)
Buyer persona: C-level executives, strategic decision-makers
Deal sizes: Average $80K, striving towards $100K
Deal cycles: 4-6 months
Leads: Majority self-generated, supported by BDRs & marketing
Unique about the opportunity:
Small team with short internal communication lines
High flexibility with remote work / ownership culture
Direct involvement with senior leadership (CFO, CEO, Chief Sales Officer)
Potential for high earnings with consultancy deals on top of the subscription business
Must-haves:
Minimum of 3 years of enterprise / upper mid-market sales experience
Experience with multi stakeholder deals
Proven hunter mentality with cold calling experience / been an SDR before
Familiarity with one of the major sales methodologies (MEDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
Bachelor degree
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with research and advisory platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
Background in start-ups or scale-ups
Experience selling into manufacturing & industrial goods
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
Salary range & secondary benefits:
OTE: up to €250K 50.50 split (license)
Additional 10% commission on consultancy deals
