Size and functions of the local team: 18 people in the Munich office (Marketing, Sales, CS, Partner Management
(Account Management team: Sales Director + 2 AM’s cover French, 1 for Benelux & Nordics, 1 AM for IBERIA, YOU for DACH & CEE region)
Role description: Enterprise account manager
You are the first (!) account manager for DACH managing the top clients in the portfolio (30) all DACH & CEE clients (lot of key accounts - all enterprise and large mid-market)
Targeted for Upselling & Cross-selling + contract renewal (increasing them)
Team attainment 105% in H1 ’24
Being a strategic partner to help the businesses grow, working closely with the internal team, mainly CSMs who are responsible for GMV growth of the accounts as well. Also working close with finance.
ACV: typically 6 figure deals
Cycle: 3-5 month
Renewals are different (some quick, some take 5+ months in negotiations)

Must haves:
4 + Years account management / Executive experience (working with larger customers)
Strong focus as AM on hunting into accounts and building them out (hunting mindset)
Proven ability to manage large enterprise customers with many stakeholders, departments and large 6 figure deals
Needs to be a strong negotiator (lot of renewals happening)
Nice to haves:
Background in eCommerce / Marketplace SaaS
Value sales background (think Challenger / MEDDICC)
