Role: Full Cycle AE & Field AE
Location: Amsterdam
Language: Dutch + English
WFH policy: 3 days/week in-office, less for Field AE

Size and functions of local team: Rapidly growing. 3 new hires for each AE role type; separate teams with growth opportunity and potential lead prospects

Role description:
AE/FCAE – Full-cycle sales from demo to close; focus on AMRR targets. New business acquisition across the Belgian hospitality sector. FCAE team is newly launched with high growth potential.
Field AE – Similar to FCAE with added field-based responsibilities; strong need for independence and maturity; measured on visits and demos in month 1–2, then AMRR.

Rapid path from AE to Field or Strategic AE progression possible
RSU offering adds long-term value

Must haves:
Mainly looking for character; grit, coachability, ambition
B2B sales experience, ideally with closing experience (AE/FCAE)
Proven independence and CRM discipline (Field AE)

Nice to haves:
SaaS or hospitality background (huge plus but not essential)

Salary range & secondary benefits: 30 - 50k base + 20-30k variable
