WFH policy: 3 days/week in-office, less for Field AE

Product: Hospitality SaaS platform
Size and functions of local team: Rapidly growing. 3 new hires for each AE role type; separate teams with growth opportunity and potential lead prospects

Role description:
Full-cycle sales from demo to close; focus on MRR targets. New business acquisition across with added field-based responsibilities; strong need for independence and maturity; measured on visits and demos in month 1–2, then MRR.

Must haves:
Strong character; grit, coachability, ambition
2+ years B2B full cycle closing experience, must be able to demonstrate closing, relationship building and lead gen 
Proven independence and CRM discipline 

Nice to haves:
SaaS or hospitality background (huge plus but not essential)

Salary range & secondary benefits: 40-50k base + 20-30k variable
