Role description: As a Pioneer AE for DACH, the focus is on growing the region by closing deals and driving revenue growth + setting the blueprint for further scaleability (growing into a regional lead, GM).

3 year old start-up at 4M ARR and 25M in funding
Incredible leadership team and board + strong VC backing (Point9 & AccelKKR)
Very lean start-up <50 people and <15 GTM people, they 5x'd in 2024 overachieving all goals (700K > 4M ARR growth)
Growth plans continue to be internationally after finding growth predictability in the UK

Must haves:
3+ years of AE closing experience in b2b SaaS
Must have been a top 1 or 2 performer
Worked in a start-up <200 people with a early stage GTM motion
Status: Comes from a prestegious school/internship/bank/consultancy
Has strong tenures that tell a story of success and growth (typically 3+ years with promotions)
Has a proven track record shown through a very high work ethic and
Has closed multi-year 6-figure ARR contracts without upfront POC's, selling at time/effort/cost/risk reduction rather than revenue-increases
Willingness to travel to London often (mainly for onboarding)
Strong ability to generate pipeline creatively (without much support)
Nice to haves
5-8 years selling experience
GTM leader that's hands-on and wants to build themselves
Entrepreneurial background
Someone who has been a founding AE before (part of this journey)
