Role description:
Selling to SaaS companies in EMEA, occasionally USA or APAC if needed
80% outbound first 6 months, 20-30% after that, you'll get more inbounds
Average deals are $35k ARR (was $5k) , average sales cycles are 2 months
Don't do a whole lot of cold calling, LinkedIn messsages have worked well
Selling into technical stakeholders; CTO, CIO, Head of Dev and Engineering
Target is $1mio ARR (Ryan is at 80% after Q1, expecting to end up at 300%)

Founded in 2022 by ex-Engineering leader from DataRobot
Scaled $0 to $1mio ARR in 2024, $3,5mio Seed, working on big Series A
100+ customers incl. Jiminny, Storyblok, Spendbase, Quickbase

Already getting a ton of inbound leads, with little/no marketing
Deals are $35k ARR, were $20k in Q4 and only $5k last year Q1
Must haves:
1+ year of BDR experience
2+ years of AE experience
First round of sales hires at an early stage company
Sold to technical stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Head of Dev and Engineering)
Having sold a technical product (for example. DevTools, API-products)
Nice to haves;
2+ years of BDR experience
4+ years of AE experience
Experience as Founding AE
Salary range & secondary benefits: €180-250k or £150-210k OTE (50/50)
