GTM team mostly in NYC (~75%), small hub building in SF (~25%)
Role description:
Vertical: Mid-market to Enterprise
Buyer persona: Marketing teams, Product teams, anyone with "Insights" in title
Deal sizes/cycles:
AE: Deal size MM ~$50–100K+, Enterprise likely higher
Fast-paced environment due to growth targets
Leads: Inbound & outbound mix
SDR - inbound vs outbound, email vs calling:
Likely focused on outbound given aggressive targets
Mix of email and cold calling, personalization important
Unique about the company (that you don't read online):
Clear and calculated growth targets tied to revenue doubling by January
Smart, driven environment—must be comfortable in a lean but ambitious team
Growth perspective:
Significant: doubling ARR from by EO January

Must haves:

Salary range & secondary benefits:
BDRs: Up to $150K OTE (60/40 split)
