About the Role
This is a Pioneer Account Executive position—the first sales hire! You’ll work side-by-side with the founder, transitioning from a founder-led sales model to a scalable sales process.
Full-cycle sales role
Work closely with a lead generation agency.
Opportunity to shape and refine the sales motion from the ground up.
Potential to grow into a Team Lead / Head of Sales role as the company scales.
Must-Haves:
✔️ 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience
✔️ B2B SaaS experience
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership
Nice-to-Haves:
⭐ 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
Salary & Benefits:
💰 €120K OTE (50/50 split)
