Location: Ideally Paris (in-person preferred), remote possible

Product: AI agents that automate communication (calls, emails, texts) in logistics and fleet ops using LLMs
Team: ~5 core team members incl. founders; expanding with region-specific SDRs

Role:
A stealth-stage AI logistics company is hiring Founding SDRs & Market Launchers to expand into France, Italy, and Germany. You’ll be the first hire for your market, owning the entire outbound motion — from lead sourcing to booking demos. Ideally based in Paris, but remote is possible.

Verticals: Transportation, logistics, fleet operators (e.g. SMB hauliers)

Buyer Persona: Dispatchers, ops managers, subcontractor coordinators

Sales Motion:

Fully outbound

100+ cold calls/day

Phone-first, with support via email & text

Region-specific lead generation

Deal Size:

SMB: ~€1K/month

Mid-market: ~€2K/month

Enterprise: TBD

Sales Cycle: Days to weeks

Scope: Full top-of-funnel ownership

Growth: SDR → AE → Regional Lead — run demos, close deals, build GTM playbook

Compensation:

France & Italy: €45K–€55K base + €20K–€30K OTE

Germany: €55K–€60K base + OTE

Clear career path to AE / Regional Lead with salary growth
