Role description;
Goal; Drive revenue growth/pipeline through increased win-rates and GTM team's effectiveness
Covering 20+ FTE, all global Sales, Customer Succes, BDR, Pre-Sales, Renewals, HR and L&D
Develop and implement metrics-driven GTM enablement strategy alinged with OKR's
Creating & managing GTM programs, tools (Gong) and content (playbooks, training, onboarding)
Analyse GTM performance & market trends, identity area's of improvement, career progression plans

4,500 clients incl. IBM, Coca-Cola, LG, Capgemini, Johnson & Johnson
Big foucs on Financial Services, 9/10 largest Investment Banks are clients
Growth perspective: global role, large GTM team, no leadership perspective
Must haves:
4+ years experience in Sales Enablemement, Sales Training, Enterprise Sales (Leadership)
Senior enough to be autonomous, add value to Cara's profile, inspire a senior sales team
Naturally curious, up to date on SaaS GTM approaches, with data-driven approach
Nice to haves:
Industry experience, either Monitoring/Observability or Financial Services
Someone who's a real thought leader in the SaaS GTM community
Familiar with MEDDIC and/or SPICED methodologies
Salary range & secondary benefits: up to £100k base + 10-20% bnous
