Role Description
This is a hands-on, cross-functional marketing role focused on executing growth experiments across channels. You’ll work on lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign execution while leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and boost efficiency. Ideal for a T-shaped growth marketer with strong analytical and creative instincts.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute experiments across various marketing channels

Support lead generation and optimize the marketing funnel

Use AI tools to automate marketing workflows and tasks

Test creative content, messaging, and offers for performance

Analyze campaign data to extract insights and drive growth actions

Balance creative ideation with data-driven execution

Requirements
Must-Haves:

2–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing roles

Proven experience running experiments and analyzing performance data

Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude

Strong curiosity and hands-on use of AI tools in marketing workflows

High execution, problem-solving skills, and growth mindset

Strong ownership mentality and work ethic

Deep interest or excellence in a specific area (e.g., chess, gaming, sports)

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in fast-paced start-up environments

Background in SaaS or AI-driven companies

Exposure to paid social, SEO, or content-led growth

Understanding of creative testing or messaging frameworks
