Role Description
This role owns the growth marketing function, with a focus on scaling the inbound pipeline, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving experimentation across digital channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s performance marketing and CRM strategy.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Operations, Leadership Team
Responsibilities
Own the marketing pipeline and key growth metrics
Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a €50K monthly budget
Optimize user journeys, audience targeting, landing pages, and nurture flows
Oversee CRM funnel management in HubSpot, driving conversion improvements
Collaborate with SDRs to activate cold leads and warm inbound traffic
Run channel and format experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities
Performance Metrics: Inbound lead volume ~400–550/month, average deal size €3K
Requirements
Must-Haves:
4+ years of experience scaling growth in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success managing paid media with €400K+ annual budget (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Hands-on and strategic: data-driven with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Nice-to-Haves:
Industry experience in logistics, SaaS, or freight forwarding
Dutch language proficiency
