The Head of Customer Success is responsible for leading the customer success team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. This role involves developing strategies to improve user experience, managing the onboarding process, and driving customer engagement.

First head of CSM!
Grow the team to more CSM members
Huge potential in upselling with current customers
Must haves:
Leadership experience (open to a variey of years). Preferable a team over 4 CSMs. At least 1 year as a leader
CSM experience before being a CSM leader
Combination of 5 years of experience (CSM and leadership)
Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce
Showcase KPIs
Nice to haves:
SaaS experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: 90-110K OTE (80/20)
