Role description:
This person will be responsible for signing new customers and upselling existing ones. There’s not too much cold outreach involved as they receive a lot of inbound leads, and you will attend many events and fairs that generate traction. The role involves taking leads from first contact to closing and upselling/cross-selling within existing clients. Proactiveness is expected, including occasional outreach when good opportunities arise.
There's one other person who closes 4 deals a month, so expect a similar velocity. The deal cycles are short.
Must haves:
At least 2 years of closing experience B2B (The new business side of recruitment could also be interesting)
High velocity background (Similar deal cycle to what we do here at Bluebird)
80+ candidates only: Sharp, intelligent, quick on their feet, energized, etc.
Nice to Haves:
SaaS experience (Big +!)
Living in Amsterdam
