Head of SalesRole: Head of Sales
Location: UK-focused, remote possible, office in London optional.

Product: Automated compliance platform for healthcare buyers and suppliers, addressing both sides of market challenges.
Size and functions of local team: 17 employees, expanding to 22 next year.
Role Description:
Vertical: Sales of compliance tools to healthcare suppliers (non-enterprise).
Buyer Persona: Small to mid-sized organisations (up to 300 employees).
Deal Sizes and Cycles:
Average deal size: £10K–£15K, up to £100K.
Consultative sales approach with a full-cycle process, including outbound lead generation and closing.
Sales Dynamics:
Manage the sales team (25% focus) and execute deals (75% focus).
Focus on closing deals and upselling new business from suppliers.
Team Targets: Aim for £1.5M in new revenue next year.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing to develop pipeline from inbound leads.
Oversee and coach junior AEs while maintaining direct involvement in sales execution.

Must Haves:
5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in full-cycle sales.
Proven ability to sell deals up to £100K, with healthcare or compliance focus.
Experience in selling cybersecurity or post-market surveillance (e.g., medical device regulation).
Consultative sales style with a track record of high-volume smaller deals (<£100K).
Nice to Haves:
Experience in clinical or technical roles (e.g., pharmacist, doctor) before moving into sales.
Exposure to healthcare suppliers, compliance solutions, or MedTech sales.
Salary Range & Secondary Benefits:
£100K base + £100K commission (OTE up to £200K).
