Role description:
Coach & Train sales team
Take over closing from CEO
Going from founder led growth to sales led growth
Deals start at 50K, up to multi million deals
Sell towards factoring and payment firms
Cycles are 9-14 months
Well connected team, very complimentary to each other
Open communication and performance driven.
Doing beers and drinks together
Must haves: (years exp., vertical, dealsize, quota, tenure, competencies, industry - does this add up to what the rep is responsible for?)
German native and based in Munich
3 years of closing experience and 1 year of leadership experience (can be coaching, training)
Nice to have:
Sold into the financial industry
Analytical and good with conversions
Hiring process:

Introduced to a sales member (best performing person, bar raiser)
Senior management call
Time window of feedback? (SLA of 24 hours):
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 110K base and uncapped commission. You get x percentage on each deal you closed depending on how much you have closed. They work with buckets.
