2 Key Account Managers (ISVs) = Indirect Sales
International sales team: 3 covering DACH, Italy, and Spain, responsible for full-cycle sales.
Support: ~20 BDRs/SDRs under marketing, pre-sales, customer success, product engineering.
Role description:
Vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles:
Target: Software editors/ resellers
Typical deal size: €20K MRR deals
Activities and focus:
KAM's are hybrid hunting + farming, targeting ISV's (software editors)
Flexible verticals and personas; no strict focus
Unique about the company (USPs to the candidate):
Opportunities for autonomy in shaping the region.
Important to emphasize is that the leadership is new, culture is good now!
Must haves:
4+ years of SaaS experience with a proven track record. Knows about API integrations.
Experience in indirect sales. Can be channel, partnerships, account management or account executive.
Familiarity with SMB/mid-market targets and transactional sales.
Paris-based.
Nice to haves:
Midmarket experience (they want to go upmarket)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Total OTE: €100K–€150K (50/50)
