Role description:
Covers DACH and Benelux region under current Sales Director (retiring in ~2 years, a strong candidate can grow into that role)
Goal: Develop into AE responsible for a full territory
Solution-oriented, full-cycle sales (ARR and services)
Average deal size: €60K ARR, can range up to €1M
Sales cycle: 4–12 months
Pipeline: ~30% direct, ~70% via partners
