Size and functions of local team:
8fte, 2 BDRs. Strong salesleader
Role description:
Mix of cold calling, toolings, social selling, automations, e-mail sequences, linkedin, etc. etc.
Calling will be part of the multithreading strategy.
You will do BDR work in your first quarter, and as soon as your ready their salesleader/founder will guide you so you can start closing deals. The earlier the better from his perspective.

Seed round almost completed from a strong VC
Growth perspective: Step into an Account Executive role within 3-6 months (!) and get tons of guidance. Also able to participate in ESOP/SAR after your first contract.
Must haves:
Willing to be in-office
Dutch native (+ English fluent)
Characteristics: Coachability/Curiousity/Resilience/Intelligence
Some form of commercial/sales experience
