About the role

Role: Jr. Account Executive
Location: Nijmegen Area
Language: Dutch
WFH Policy: Hybrid - flexible, around 50% of time
Industry: Edtech

Team Structure: 32 FTE, with 3-4 in the sales team.

Role Details:

Average Deal Size (ADS): €10K ARR, moving towards €18K
Sales Cycle: 3-6 months
Quota: 2-3 deals per month
Responsibilities: Full-cycle AE role with 100% outbound focus, including prospecting and closing smaller deals. The role offers growth into a full AE position with SDR support as the team expands.

Growth Perspective: Individual contributor role with potential progression to Senior as the team grows.

Must-Haves:
Minimum 1 year of cold calling/sales experience (BDR or any B2B cold calling)
Minimum 1 year of SaaS experience
Ability to work autonomously (forecasting, self-motivated)
Proven ability to create opportunities and engage with HR decision-making units
Willingness to commute to Nijmegen 2-3 days per week

Nice-to-Haves:
SaaS closing experience
Proven track record of success
