Role Description
Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end user journey across web, app, and CRM channels. It blends CRM, automation, and conversion optimization to improve user engagement, retention, and self-service conversion flows in a highly experimental, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize the customer lifecycle funnel across onboarding, retention, and conversion
Run experimentation loops (A/B tests, multivariate testing) to boost key lifecycle metrics
Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate behavioral signals into CRM workflows
Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
Improve conversion across inbound and self-service flows
Analyze performance to uncover bottlenecks and unlock engagement gains
Requirements
Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience in growth or lifecycle marketing in B2B or B2C SaaS
Experience in fast-scaling startups (up to 100 employees)
Hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Proven track record in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Passion for AI and hands-on experience with AI tools/workflows
High agency, ownership mentality, and curiosity
Entrepreneurial, coachable, and adaptable mindset
Deep interest or excellence in a specific area (e.g., gaming, chess, sports)
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with SEO/GEO marketing or analytics tools
