Role description;
Marketing Strategy & all-round execution (as much as possible)
Designing the ABM program (200-500 ICP accounts, 20-30 prioritized)
Building the marketing team, hire 2-3 people in first 6-12 months
Unique about the company:
Founded 2021, now 50 FTE, $10mio ARR, 300-400% growth, $25mio Series A in '25
Developed Vision Language Action Model or VLAM (basically AI brain for robots)
Won 100% of tenders last year - Daimler & Ikea (time to value 1 hour vs. 1 month)
Initial deals are $100k ARR (3-year contract), then potential $1mio+ ARR upsell
Must haves:
Strategic & all-round execution
GTM fit (Enterprise B2B SaaS)
Deep & operational ABM experience
Early stage proven succes & tenure
Nice to haves:
Leadership experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: €100-160k + equity
