Salary Range: Up to €120,000 + significant equity
Role Description
This role involves leading the marketing function, focusing on messaging, positioning, product launches, and brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales teams to refine sales enablement materials and scale marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Define and execute messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales teams to refine decks, website content, and campaign messaging.
Drive brand awareness through merchant success stories, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
Support sales enablement by optimizing marketing assets and lead generation initiatives.
Experiment with and scale marketing channels (e.g., paid, self-serve) with the help of agencies and freelancers.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in (product) marketing.
Experience in SMB-focused, high-velocity environments.
Strategic mindset with strong execution ability.
Background in high-performing teams.
Generalist marketing approach, with exposure to multiple disciplines.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in POS, hospitality tech, or payments.
Early-stage startup experience.
Product-led growth (PLG) experience.
Growth Perspective
Potential to advance to Head of Marketing, VP, or CMO as the company scales.
