Role description:
Design & execute the International Marketing & Demand Gen Strategy
ABM strategy & execution: Account Prioritization, Paid (agency), Content (SME's), Events
Foundational Product Marketing (ICP, persona's, positioning, messaging, USP's)
Building the Data, Reporting, Analytics & Attribution infrastructure
1 direct report: Matilde (junior growth marketeer; SEO, email, social)
Unique about the company:
Founded 2020, $1mio ARR, 100% YoY growth, $10mio Seed, 10-15 clients
Clients incl. Bunq, Hadrian, PGGM, Ministerie Algemene Zaken, Deloitte
Deals start at $100-150k ARR, sales cycles are 6-12 months, 1,000 ICP's in EU
ICP: Enterprise, highly regulated (Pharma, Government, Finance), Governance Lead
Growth perspective (for the candidate):
Clear path to become Head of Marketing at a top AI company
Must haves:
5-10 years B2B marketing (ideally B2B SaaS)
Complex Enterprise experience (ideally ABM)
Intelligent, assertive, authentic, analytical
Nice to haves:
Early stage start/scale-up experience
