Role description:
360-marketing role, focus on execution, ideally able to co-own strategy
Goal; generating quality inbound leads, nurture them to sales-ready
Able to own; Website, Content, Social, CRM (Hubspot), Email, Events
Replacement role, current Marketing Manager not a character/culture fit
Unique about the company:
Founded 2020, now 100+ clients, €600k ARR, €2.5mio Seed in 2024
Only player in DACH, little competition, few other disruptors in EU
Currently 80% is inbound, average deals are €6k ARR, short cycles
ICP is B2B SME Real Estate Investment companies, 10k ICP in GER
Growth perspective: long-term perspective for Head of Marketing role
Must haves:
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
Generalist profile, deep experience in Content, Social, CRM & Email
Coming from high velocity SaaS & inbound marketing
Enthusiastic about working with Co-Founders, CSO and CEO
Nice to haves:
Start/scale-up experience
Industry experience
