Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $125k,000 (approx. $120K AUD) + OTE/Bonuses
OTE: $245k (approx. $245K AUD)
Additional Benefits: Commission paid quarterly, with potential monthly incentives
Role Description
This role is responsible for owning new business sales across the APAC region, with a focus on mid-market hospitality companies. You'll drive consultative, solution-based selling in a multicultural context and help build a scalable, repeatable sales process.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: SDR based in Melbourne (1:1 AE:SDR ratio), Sales Leader APAC, Global Head of Sales
Responsibilities
Drive new business sales across the APAC region
Execute consultative sales to mid-market (100–500 employee) organizations
Navigate multicultural sales engagements, primarily in Southeast Asia
Own and close deals with an average ACV of ~€15,000 (approx. $25K AUD)
Manage a sales cycle of 3–4 months with support from local SDRs
Contribute to a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3–5 years experience in solution-based selling
Proven track record of quota attainment and performance
Strong tenure in previous roles (no short-term “project” stints)
High cross-cultural awareness and experience managing APAC-wide deals
Comfortable selling remotely across varied geographies
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in EdTech or selling to HR/Learning and Development functions
Based in Melbourne or able to operate on AEST business hours
