Role description: New business role as AE for the Nordics market.
Target / KPI: 500K-600K ARR
Deal size / cycle: 20-50K, outliers 80K ARR - 3-6 months
PG % & support: 20% self-generated pipeline (support by marketing and BDR + inbound)
Key responsibilities:
Create own pipeline
Support from marketing and BDR, but must also be self-motivated
25% self-generated
Unique about the company:
Strong in automotive. Clients such as Mercedes, BMW
Strong presence in the Nordics market with logos like Novo Nordisk, Nokia, big banks, etc.
New C-level team with a refreshed strategy
PE-owned firm
Must haves:
4+ years closing 500K-600K ARR annually, 10-15 new logos per year, 20-100K ARR deals
Ability to generate 25% of their own pipeline
Experience in scale-ups (5-100M ARR range)
Independent and self-starter mindset, capable of working with limited resources
Strong character: driven, energetic, go-getter
Nice to haves:
Martech experience
5+ years in midmarket sales
