Role Description
This role is key to expanding the company’s customer base, managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing. As an AE, you’ll play a vital part in driving revenue growth while working in a fast-paced, high-energy SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Generate pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including product demos and closing
Target and convert organizations with 500+ employees
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data
Represent the brand at industry events and conferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3+ years of AE closing experience in SaaS
Track record of closing €100K+ deals
Proficient in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies
Strong outbound (hunter) skills and revenue forecasting ability
Experience selling to HR buyers or within HR-tech is highly regarded
Independent and adaptable in a startup environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working in a hyper-growth or scale-up SaaS company
Background in selling to international, mid-market companies
