Role: Partner Development Manager (Strategic hospitality partnerships)Location: Ghent, Belgium
Language: Dutch required; French & English a plus
WFH policy: Hybrid—minimum 3 days/week in office

Product: Cloud-based commerce platform for hospitality & retail
Size and functions of local team: Net new role, reporting to Benelux Partnerships Lead
Role description:
Build and drive strategic partnerships in hospitality/reseller/integration channels.
Prospect, qualify, recruit new partners; manage forecasting, pipeline and quotas.
Onboard new partners, collaborate across internal teams.
Represent Lightspeed at events; act as the POS expert.
Growth perspective:
Territory ownership (Benelux) with real scope for expansion.
RSUs and share scheme link performance to long-term upside.
Fast-track potential with direct interface to execs.
Must haves:
Minimum multiple years of channel/partner or business development experience, ideally in software/SaaS
Proven B2B relationship-building and forecasting skills
Self-driven, action bias, comfortable in fast-paced, competitive sales
Strong communication and presentation capabilities
Nice to haves:
SaaS and hospitality industry experience
Experience with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, Office
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Competitive base + commission (up to €100K 60/40 split excl. holiday pay)
