Team Information:
Local Presence in NL: 1 Head of Sales. This new hire will be #2 in the Netherlands. Work together with 2-3 other Partner Managers in Europe.
Role Overview:
Our client is building a new market in the Netherlands with an established partner channel. The Netherlands already has signed customers and strong partnerships with brands like Rituals and a POC with Scotch & Soda. They're investing in marketing (ABM) and have shown traction with notable brands.
This role offers the chance to be entrepreneurial and pioneer a new market. The focus areas include recruiting, adopting, enabling, and monetizing strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to shape partner programs, activate partnerships, and create GTM plans.
Responsibilities:
Find and recruit new strategic partnerships.
Activate, create adoption plans, and execute them with partners.
Monetize partnerships.
Partner enablement.
Shape and execute partner programs with leadership.
Existing Partnerships: Around 5 major partners, with both commercial and tech partnerships (e.g., agencies like DEPT and AskPhill that refer to their clients).

New business development skills
B2B tech/SaaS/e-commerce partnership experience (2 years minimum)
Dutch native
Startup savvy
Nice-to-Haves:
Network or experience in retail/e-commerce (big plus)
Sales experience in roles like AE/SDR
