Role: Partner ManagerLocation: Leuven, can live in Belgium or Netherlands

WFH policy: Hybrid (1-2 days/week in Leuven office)
Product: Ticketing platform integrating with planning, CRM, websites, and other systems
Role description:
Focus: Building relationships and working models with business/technical partners. eg Ticketswap, CRM systems, implementation partners. Some commercial aspects but not sales-focused
Responsibilities:
Develop a structured partner program with clear collaboration agreements
Manage integrations with partners (e.g., planning systems, websites, CRM, ticketing resellers)
Handle partner escalations and ensure smooth collaboration with solutions architects
Negotiate financial agreements for integrations and partner collaborations
Distinguish between different partner types and set up appropriate structures

Opportunity to shape and pioneer the partner strategy
Potential to expand role as partnerships grow internationally
Must haves:
5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS,
Experience in scale-up/startup environments
Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems
Experience in structuring commercial agreements and managing integrations
Ability to engage in high-level negotiations with partners (e.g., TicketSwap, Ticketmaster)
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to a new, undefined role
Nice to haves:
Extensive experience in technical partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment
Background in hybrid commercial and technical collaboration roles
International experience beyond the Benelux market
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Flexible depending on experience, likely 100-150k
