Language: Native German + English
WFH policy: Hybrid - 3 days in office. More presence initially. (Preferably in-office. Partly working from home is acceptable but focus should be in-office.)

Product: Our client provides digital solutions for e-signatures, document workflows, and secure identity verification (authentification), streamlining operations and enhancing user experiences.
Size and functions of local team: 1 person atm. New office in Berlin at the beginning of next year.
8-10 people in various roles in total then.
Role description:
Acquisition focused role - system partner, resellers, isv. Does not have the same eco system like in the Nordics. So a lot of focus on acquisition. Replicate Nordic sales motion. Real estate.
New partners! Focus can be based on the person's experience, and will narrow down the vertical the åerson is working on. Lot of outbound but also some inbounds.

Sr. - TeamLead. Horizontal movements possible.
Must have:
2+ years of experience building partnerships (almost) from scratch
Strong at sales
Need to understand the partnership model - good at understanding the value of partners to work with Scrive. Stickiness, more sales, value proposition from a partner point of view.
Nice to have:
Experience working with Enterprise level partners (e.g. SAP)
Budget: 70K base + 15K commission (uncapped)
