About the role
Are you a data-driven performance marketer with experience in both B2B and B2C? Join a fast-growing, tech-driven marketplace that’s transforming the way businesses and freelancers connect. With a €1M+ performance marketing budget across NL, UK, and FR, you’ll build and scale a high-impact performance marketing machine. Your focus will be on LinkedIn (B2B), Meta & TikTok (B2C) while continuously experimenting with new channels. You'll collaborate closely with the lifecycle and web teams, optimize campaigns, and manage tracking tools like GTM, BigQuery, Looker, and Analytics.We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of performance marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing €100K+ budgets. Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is key. Hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from Paris, London, or the Netherlands (1x per week in-office).
