Size and functions of local team: 100+ FTE, 30 in London, 1 in Marketing
Role description:
Global, hands-on role, driving organic growth, across owned channels
Focus on the B2C website (SEO, CRO, A/B testing, UX, Optimization)
You also own email campaigns, in-app messaging & push notifications
Your metrics; CRO (website), engagement (app), overall traffic (both)
Reporting directly into CPO who has marketing experience
Role is a mix of Digital, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing for B2C
Unique about the company:
Founded 2018, now 100+ FTE, $50mio ARR, expect to 2X in 2025
Raised a $50mio Series A (Balderton) & $70mio Series B round
Small deals are <$300k, medium $1mio, large $3mio to $25mio
Leading the web3 revolution, well positioned, huge growth industry
Must haves:
3-5 years relevant experience (SEO, CRO, A/B testing, email)
B2C background, ideally platform (not e-commerce or retail)
Very data-driven, familiar with tools like SQL, Omni, Looker
Hands-on, domain expert, self-starter, high accountability
Need to be genuinely interested in the crypto/web3 space
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the crypto/web3 space
Start-up experience, scrappy environment
Salary range & secondary benefits: £70-90k base
