About the role
Pioneer Account ExecutiveAn innovative pre‑seed startup in the L&D space for frontline workers is seeking its first dedicated sales hire. Based in Berlin, you will work directly with the CEO to build and lead our sales function.
Location: Berlin, Germany
Languages: German + English
Work Policy: Approximately 3 office days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle with support for lead generation
Target companies in hospitality, logistics, and food production (50+ employees)
Develop and execute sales strategies from the ground up
Must-Have:
Berlin-based with at least 1 year of closing experience (top-performing BDRs may also be considered)
Entrepreneurial, coachable, and driven with a hustler mentality
Compensation:
Base salary: €60-70K
Plus: 20% commission on every closed deal
