Vertical: Fintech
Buyer Persona: CFO & finance teams
Deal Sizes: £5K–£80K (Avg. £35K–£40K)
Deal Cycles: Mid-market sales process, includes procurement & legal
Segment: Mid-market (£25K–£100K deals)
Sales Process: Full-cycle AE role with SDR support (1 SDR per 2 AEs), expected to self-source pipeline
Sales Methodology: MEDDICC
Quota: £30K–£50K per month
Lead Sources: Mix of outbound, SDR-generated, and future partnership channels

Must haves:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably business-related)
2+ years in a full-cycle closing AE role
Experience selling to mid-market (£25K+ deal sizes)
Background in a startup or as an early hire for a US company launching in EMEA
Proven experience selling to CFOs or finance teams
Strong outbound prospecting and consultative sales approach
Track record of exceeding quota
Nice to haves:
Experience selling fintech or payments products
Entrepreneurial background (e.g., founded a business before AE role)
Exposure to strategic roles (e.g., consulting, product management, investment banking)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: £60K–£80K + Double OTE
