Role description:
Full-cycle AE – Pioneer role in DACH
360° ownership: outbound, discovery, closing, strategic feedback to GTM & leadership
70% self-sourced pipeline; 30% BDR/marketing
Market builder — responsible for launching and scaling German market
Stakeholder mapping and engagement
ICP: SMB/MM (150–200 employees)
ACV: €30–35K
Sales cycle: 2–8 weeks
Quota: €600K ARR (ramp quota: €480K)
Reports into Head of EMEA
Will work closely with German SDR & other GTM leads

Must haves:
Native German
Minimum 1.5 years as AE in SaaS with 100%+ quota achievement (complex, non-shelf products)
Strong outbound sales skills
Comfortable in high-ownership, pioneering roles
Nice to haves:
Experience in HR/Payroll/EOR or similar
Familiarity with IP/HR tech stacks
3+ years AE experience
Experience launching a new market
First-on-the-ground experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:
OTE: €165K (50/50 split)
RSUs: $7,750 (vesting: 40/30/20/10 over 4 years)
Top performers may receive RSU top-up (up to 40%)
