Report to CCO - German CSM and Dutch team support. German team not that big. Will be 4 people in the beginning of next year.
Role description:
A hunting role with a greenfield approach on the education/public sector. Has marketing support who is doing a lot of events and pushing on the socials. Will need to work together with the marketing team to make sure they reach their targets.
ACV - 50-150K ARR
Deal cycles - 6-12 months.
Quota - 500-700K, based on salary.
Must haves:
A good network in public sector and educational sector and needs to understand how they buy.
FinTech experience.
2+ years of experience in closing SaaS in above areas.
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to 80K base + € 80.000 - € 100.000 Partly individual and partly group bonus. % is not clear yet.
