The Role
This company is executing a large-scale expansion strategy, having recently acquired multiple businesses to enhance its platform. Now, they are launching a BDR function and looking for a pioneer BDR to shape and optimize lead generation and qualification strategies.
• Drive outbound and account-based business development across various acquired companies
• Convert cold leads into warm opportunities and book sales appointments
• Work closely with senior leadership for coaching and development
• Potential to expand into handling first meetings and product demos
• Collaborate with the sales team to build a strong, consistent pipeline

Ideal Candidate
Must-haves:
• Self-driven and intrinsically motivated to succeed
• Strong team player, thrives in a collaborative environment
• 1+ year experience in B2B sales (e.g., SDR, recruiter, account manager)
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in the construction sector
• SaaS sales background
• German language skills (for future expansion plans)
Offer
• €40K-45K base salary + €10K-15K OTE
